Just got back from my jog. Oh my goodness...it is so hot! I even started going later at 8pm...and you should see me when I get done....I am soaked! Not sure what is wrong...I only did 23 minutes of jogging my total time was 37 minutes. I think I need to drink more water....this moringing at 5 I blacked out...not sure if it is related...but a little scary. I amy need to start trying to jog early in the am,maybe that will be better.

You better be careful. It's extremely hot and humid and that takes a toll on your body. Drinking extra water and gatorade will help.
